1. Who we are

Every Single Session ("ESS", "we", "us") is a workout tracking app built by Babylon Optima. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address and password (for authentication).
  • Profile data: name, date of birth, height, weight, profile photo (all optional).
  • Workout data: exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, personal records, routines, and notes.
  • Crash reports: anonymous error and crash data via Sentry to improve app stability.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve the workout tracking service.
  • To sync your data across devices.
  • To detect and fix bugs and crashes.
  • To generate personal statistics and progress insights.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data.

5. Third-party services

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Sentry: crash reporting and error tracking.
  • Expo / EAS: app build and distribution infrastructure.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access your data — export all your workout data as CSV or JSON from the app.
  • Correct your data — edit your profile and workout records at any time.
  • Delete your data — delete your entire account and all associated data from the Profile screen. This action is irreversible.
  • Portability — export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON).

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Children

ESS is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
